Bird Sale Regulations
The Department of Agriculture’s [Victoria] Code of Practice of Caged Birds will apply at all bird sales in the State of Victoria.
Bird sales are to be cancelled if the temperature is predicted to reach 32 Celsius, or above, on the day of the sale.
Only one species of bird is permitted per cage. All-wire cages are not acceptable and are not to be used at bird sales. AA
All DSE paperwork is to returned within (5) five working days
to the Co-ordinator
